This section sets forth homiesfurnitures.com's Terms and Conditions of sale. homiesfurnitures.com ("website") is a part of Homies Furnitures. Homies Furnitures has a national network of company-operated that sell and deliver Homies Furnitures products. By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

General Terms

Homies Furnitures carry many of the products displayed on our website. In some cases, merchandise on our website may not be available at select Homies Furnitures, may be out of stock, or may be discontinued without notice. Some items shown on our website are only available in Homies Furnitures.

All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in MYR Ringgit Malaysia, are valid and effective only in the continental MALAYSIA, and are optional with each independently operated Homies Furnitures.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Homies Furnitures reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted or the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Homies Furnitures will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We are proud of our products and may reference wood and manufacturing techniques throughout the website. Wood/veneer species, product composition, and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Final products may vary in color, finish, size, fabric, or other features. With cut yardage and swatches, fabric widths and repeats may vary and color variations will occur by dye lot.

Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment. Electronic equipment is not included with product purchase.

“Starting fabric” upholstery prices reflect the price of the item in its starting-grade fabric without any options. Items are not necessarily shown in starting grade fabric. The total order amount, including sales tax and shipping and delivery charges, will be charged to your credit card account or deducted from your gift card in full at the time the order is placed.

Clearance items

Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited, and items are subject to prior sale. No price adjustments are given on prior sales.

Order Cancellations

We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or custom-cut items past 72 hours after order placement.

For all other items that have not shipped including gift registry items: We will accept a cancellation and issue a full refund to your credit card account or we will issue a gift card. To cancel a homiesfurnitures.com order, please contact our Service Center at 016-447 1695.

For all other items that have shipped: Find the return policy that applies, below, and follow that procedure.

Returns

We do not accept returns on mattresses or box springs, custom-made or custom-finished items, custom-cut fabrics, or custom artwork.

We do not accept returns on goods that customers signed Delivery Order.

We will not accept returns for items returned more than 30 days after receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Your item will be inspected upon return. If in new condition, a credit will be issued to the original credit card.

Premier In-Home Delivery shipping charges are not refundable. A return handling charge of 15% of the merchandise purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the item arrived damaged, the return handling charge will be waived. A signed delivery receipt or bill of lading with a notation of damage on it is required. A credit will be issued to the original credit card account.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us. Any action relating to the use of homiesfurnitures.com must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
